What is YourTeamIQ?

How does YourTeamIQ work?
Every assessment is completed anonymously. No response is ever traced back to the person who gave it.
Step 1
Individuals complete a self-assessment.
Step 2
Selected colleagues complete a similar assessment, anonymously, based on their experience of working with that person.
Step 3
YourTeamIQ compares the responses and identifies Perception Gaps.
Step 4
The platform generates team-level insights, scores, trends, and sustainability indicators always reported at team level, never as individual attributable feedback.
Because responses cannot be identified, participants are far more likely to answer honestly, which makes the resulting insight significantly more accurate than traditional feedback methods.
Can managers see individual responses?
This depends on organisational settings and permissions.
In many cases, reporting is designed to focus on aggregated team insights rather than exposing individual responses.
